Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to pilgrims while ensuring efficient room management for all guests.

How to Cancel

Log in to your account at rooms.rametushealthcare.com, go to My Bookings and select Cancel Booking. Alternatively, contact our front desk at 08524288153 at least 24 hours before your check-in.

Refund Schedule

6 to 24 hours before check-in	50% refund
Less than 6 hours before check-in	No refund
No-show (did not check in)	No refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds for online (Razorpay) payments are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Cash payments for walk-in bookings are refunded at the front desk.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Cancellations made within 6 hours of check-in
• No-show (guest does not arrive on the booked date)
• Eviction due to misconduct or violation of Satram rules
• Cancellations after check-in has been completed

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government orders, temple restrictions), affected bookings will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at the guest's preference.
