• Full name and email address (for booking confirmation and communication)
• Phone number (for contact regarding your stay)
• Last 4 digits of your Aadhaar number and the name as on Aadhaar (as mandated by temple trust regulations for pilgrim identity verification)
• Payment transaction reference (if paying online via Razorpay)

We do not collect or store your complete Aadhaar number, bank account details or card information.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To confirm and manage your room booking
• To send booking confirmation and check-in instructions by email
• To comply with government/temple-trust identity verification requirements
• To improve our services and address grievances

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties except: (a) payment gateway providers (Razorpay) for processing online payments, and (b) government authorities when required by law.

4. Data Retention

Booking and identity records are retained for a period of five years as required by the Andhra Pradesh government's pilgrim registration norms. After this period, data is securely deleted.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), password hashing and restricted access to personal data. However, no internet-based system can guarantee 100% security.

Our website uses essential session cookies required for booking functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
