Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the online room booking services provided by Sri Akhila Bharata Srisaila Kummara Salivahana Nityavadana Sathram ("the Satram"). By making a booking you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility & Identity

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID or Passport) is mandatory at check-in.
• Aadhaar last 4 digits are collected at booking time as required by temple-trust regulations.
• Guests found providing false identity information will be refused accommodation without refund.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment (online) or upon approval by front-desk staff (walk-in/cash).
• A unique booking reference number and confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.
• Each booking is for a single night. Guests wishing to extend their stay must make a new booking subject to availability.
• The Satram reserves the right to cancel any booking that violates these terms, with full refund where applicable.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time is 12:00 PM (noon).
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM on the following day.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may not always be possible.
• Guests must present their booking reference number and a valid photo ID at check-in.

4. Guest Conduct

• This is a sacred pilgrim institution. Guests are expected to maintain the sanctity and peace of the premises at all times.
• Alcohol, tobacco, non-vegetarian food and any intoxicants are strictly prohibited inside the Satram.
• Loud music, noise disturbance and any form of disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Guests are responsible for the behaviour of all members of their party.
• Management reserves the right to request any guest to vacate the premises for misconduct, without refund.

5. Valuables & Liability

• The Satram management is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
• Guests are strongly advised to keep valuables in their possession at all times.

6. Payments

• Room tariffs are inclusive of applicable GST.
• Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. The Satram does not store card details.
• Cash payments are accepted only for walk-in bookings processed through the front desk.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Andhra Pradesh and the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nandyal District, Andhra Pradesh.
